Potato Bread!

well....i have to say the potato bread was the success story of the day! yes, taylor was right, it did look like a blob, and we did have to add more flour than we thought...but when that baby hit the hot steamy oven..it turned into beautiful golden crusty loaf...and tastes amazing! it will be one of our daily bread's for sure..

over the next few days we will be taking a break from baking, and doing the more boring side of the cafe business...like painting, installing new lighting, refinishing the floors...looking at new ways to use our space in the kitchen...until the next time...
